Provider: Pauli Fachbuchverlag AG, Bernrainstrasse 1, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland
Product: Pauli Digital Solution
Pauli Fachbuchverlag AG strives to make its specialist digital media and learning applications accessible to all users within the scope of its economic and technical capabilities. However, as a specialised small Swiss publisher with highly complex specialist multimedia applications, we face particular challenges.
1. Status of compliance with requirements
Due to the specific nature of the specialist content (e.g. highly complex recipe structures, interactive graphics and multimedia cooking videos), the Pauli Digital Solution is currently only partially barrier-free.
We conducted an internal audit in accordance with statutory principles (based on the European Accessibility Act). The result: a complete technical overhaul of the existing software architecture would require financial and organisational resources that are disproportionate to our total revenue.
2. Requirements currently met (best effort)
To make it easier for as many users as possible, our solution meets the following requirements:
- Scalability: The texts and interfaces can be enlarged in standard browsers and on standard end devices.
- Basic readability: The level of contrast in the primary text and recipe areas is optimised.
3. Feedback and contact options
Have you encountered any barriers that make it very difficult for you to use the Pauli Digital Solution, or do you need certain content (e.g. selected recipes or teaching materials) in a more accessible format?
We always make an effort to find individual solutions wherever possible. You can contact our support team at:
